David Morrill has been the guidance counselor for the K-12 Greenville Schools since the late 1990’s. His previous position in the school was industrial arts teacher. The guidance office is located in room 7, adjacent to the school cafeteria, allowing for easy access. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. Ed. from the University of Southern Maine. Dave has participated in several guidance counselor college tours including Maine, New Hampshire, the Boston area, Pennsylvania and Nova Scotia. He was named Greenville Educator of the Year by the local American Legion Post in 2008 and presented the Outstanding Adult Education Administrator award in 2009 by the Maine Adult Education Association. Dave is a licensed emergency medical technician, working for the Charles A. Dean Memorial Hospital. He is also a member of the Disaster Behavioral Health Response teams of both the American Red Cross and the Maine Emergency Management Agency. Dave also serves on the advisory board of UPHill Journeys, a charitable program of Maine Medical Center, Portland, ME.
