Attn Seniors – May 1 is National College Enrollment Deposit day –
it is the deadline students need to make up their minds and provide an
enrollment deposit to the college they want to attend next fall. It is very
very important you submit your enrollment deposit by no later than May 1 or may
not be able to attend the college of your choice.
Attn AP Physics 1 students – you will be taking the AP Physics 1
exam at noon on Tuesday, May 2. We will be testing in the Learning Lab.
Attn AP English Literature students – you will be taking the AP
English Literature and Comp exam on Wednesday, May 3 at 8 a.m. Sharp in the
Attn junior girls – Wellesley College in Wellesley Mass is having a
junior open house on Saturday, April 29 – experience a class, explore
campus, meet current students take a tour, have lunch and attend
sessions on the Wellesley experience and navigating the college
Attn students interested in law enforcement – the 2017 Maine Youth Law
Enforcement Explorer Academy will be held this summer from June 26th –
30th. Total fee for camp experience is $325 and there are at least 10
full scholarships for young women and minorities to attend. See Mrs.
Pearsall if you would like to attend. Applications must be in by no
later than June 1.
Attn senior males planning to attend University of Maine in Orono in the
fall. Sigma Phi Epsilon is offering two one-time scholarships for $1000
and four scholarships for $400 to incoming freshman males. Application
deadline is July 9. See Mrs. Pearsall or download an application from
the ghs website under scholarships.
1. Beaver Cove
Marina is looking for an individual for summer employment. The ideal
candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the
ability to work as part of a team. Duties would include: assisting the
marina mechanics, cleaning boats, running errands and other tasks as
the need arises. Any technical training or abilities would be a plus.

2. Indian Hill Trading Post and Shop 'n Save has full and part time
positions open in all departments. We are looking for motivated people
who understand the value of customer service to join our team.
Applications are being accepted immediately and interviews will start
the week of 4/10/2017.
We welcome students and people looking for part time work as well as
those looking for full time. Scholarships are available to graduating
seniors who have worked for us.

3. Northeast Whitewater Adventure Coordinators/CSR:
Provide a positive guest experience via phone and online correspondence
planning Northeast Whitewater vacations, showcasing our adventure
services, through social media, trip planning, and booking reservations.
Good telephone, computer, sales and organizational skills a must. Mac
computer experience a plus.
Two part time positions are available immediately.

4. Greenville Rec has a lifeguard opening for this summer. If your

is a great summer job!
Attention: Pickle Ball training
for high school students and adults, April 27th, May 4th, and May 11th

Soccer team meeting for ALL 8th graders through juniors interested in
